Making a purchase

Making a purchase couldn’t be easier. Just browse our store and add any items that you wish to buy to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for details we need to be able to complete the order.

Methods of payment

We accept cash, cheques, postal orders and PayPal.

Orders

Following successful placement of an order, we will confirm by email: the description of goods, total cost and expected delivery date.

Shipping and handling

Basset Hound Welfare strives to despatch goods within one week of receiving an order. If out of stock you will be informed immediately. All prices of goods apply world wide but shipping costs only apply in the UK. If outside the UK please enquire for details.

Returns policy

We will accept returned goods if they are unsuitable, not what you expected, or if they are faulty; we will reimburse the cost of postage & packing at reasonable rates. If you feel you need to return an item, please speak to Chris on 01947 821651 or email memorabilia@bassethoundwelfare.org.uk for further instructions.

Cancellation

You have the statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of the order being placed. Thereafter, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods if they have been dispatched.

We will not share your personal details with third parties.

Complaints

Every effort is made to ensure you are delighted with your purchase but if that is not the case, complaints should be directed in the first instance to our memorabilia representative, Chris Oliver, as above.
